POPU Valve: PTFE Lined Bellow Compensator
Bellow compensators are one of the compensation elements often used in pipelines today. It mainly uses the effective expansion and deformation of its working body bellows to absorb the dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline, or to compensate for the axial, lateral and angular displacement of the pipeline.
PTFE lined bellows compensation is characterized by vibration damping, high temperature resistance, ability to flex and friction resistance. Commonly used in chemical plants, PTFE bellows compensator is suitable for pipeline misalignment difference, displacement, size change and vibration parts of the connection.

1. The main body of the bellows is made of PTFE, which has very high chemical stability and adapts to most corrosive media.
2. The flange is made of stainless steel, and its chemical composition and mechanical properties are in full compliance with national standards.
3. Flange are adopted die forging production, crystal organization, high strength, will not appear grain size or uneven, hardening crack phenomenon.
4. Attach the limit lever to protect the PTFE corrugation.
5. Adding pressure-resisting ring on the bellows to improve the strength of the bellows.
