POPU Valve: Stainless Steel Wafer Knife Gate Valve
The stainless steel knife gate valve is a bi-directional sealed knife gate valve, also known as slurry valve.
The valve has a compact structure, easy opening and closing, and is characterized by versatility and practicality.
It is operated by an open stem handwheel, and the valve stem follows the rise according to the opening of the gate, so that the valve opening degree can be observed according to the rising degree of the valve stem.

1. The valve body is all precision casting valve body, the second shot blasting treatment, fine appearance, no grit, each batch of castings are marked with furnace number, to facilitate the production tracking.
2. All stainless steel materials 304/316, etc. are guaranteed laboratory tests, with a material single.
3. Each valve body for surface pickling passivation treatment, so that the casting appearance is uniform silver-white bright color, to maintain the luster of the metal, improve corrosion resistance.
4. Gate plate is smoothed for 3 times and polished for 5 times to ensure that the gate plate and the valve body are tightly combined to ensure its sealing.
5. The valve stem is equipped with bearings and safety dust cover to protect the bearings and reduce friction, so that the valve stem is not easy to be deformed and the service life is increased.
6. The upper packing takes PTFE outsourcing rubber form sealing, which can increase the elasticity and reduce the upper seal leakage phenomenon.
7. The valve seat U-type sealing ring to add steel wire, to ensure that the valve seat and the valve body connection, not easy to fall off.
