POPU Valve: Split-body Knife Gate Valve

Split-body Knife gate valve is also called knife gate valve, slurry valve, mud valve. Its opening and closing part is a gate. 

The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. It relies on a blade-shaped gate that can cut fiber materials to cut off the medium; the gate It rises and falls in the side guide groove, and is pressed tightly against the valve seat by the lugs at the bottom. 

If higher medium sealing is required, an O-shaped sealing valve seat can be used to achieve bidirectional sealing. Knife gate valve has a small installation space, low working pressure, long service life and simple maintenance.

Advantages

5. The valve seat is made of polyurethane, which has better stability, chemical resistance, resilience and mechanical properties.

6. All bolts are made of SS304.

7. Every valve leaves the factory with double-layer pressure testing of shell and seal in accordance with national standards.

8. The valve body is electrostatically coated with powder epoxy resin, and the spray thickness reaches 250μm, which effectively prevents corrosion and rust caused by contact between the valve body and the medium.

9. The length and outer dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.
