POPU Valve: WCB Flanged Gate Valve
Cast steel gate valve is made of metal steel material, cast steel gate valve opening and closing member is the gate, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, the gate valve can only be used for full open and full closed, can not be used for regulating and throttling.

1. The valve body is all precision casting valve body, the second shot blasting treatment, fine appearance, no grit, each batch of castings are marked with furnace number, to facilitate the production tracking.
2. The seat adopts Cr stainless steel and surfacing 507 molybdenum to increase the wear resistance of the seat.
3. The place where the bonnet and the stem are in contact is sealed to prevent leakage.
4. The stem is milled by cyclone to avoid the difficulty of switching due to stem bending.
5. Each valve is subjected to double pressure testing of the housing and seal to ensure it qualifies.
